The circular exterior and square interior structure design can accommodate more than 1,000 people on the first floor for sightseeing and exhibition activities. The unique all-glass curtain wall design makes full use of natural light, saving energy while offering a 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery. Each design and layout exudes a strong artistic atmosphere, making it the landmark building of Sincerity Wine City as soon as it was completed, with visitors taking photos in front of the building as a souvenir.

The design of the factory building is inspired by the traditional Lingnan residential structure, the cauldron ear house, and the Pearl Red wine bottle. The cauldron ear-shaped building features fire prevention and ventilation, with exquisite materials and craftsmanship. In ancient times, only gentlemen who had achieved great success in public affairs were allowed to use this design. There is a saying among the people that the cauldron ear house symbolizes wealth, good fortune, and abundance.

Pearl Red Sincerity Winery  is an eco-friendly wine city built by Pearl Red in collaboration with renowned domestic and international design firms and construction management teams. It focuses on energy and water conservation, high efficiency, and harmony with nature. Following the principles of 'safety, health, and environmental protection,' the design is inspired by museums and commemorative buildings with a 100-year design lifespan and adheres to international LEED green building certification standards. The goal is to create a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly brewing environment for Pearl Red, producing high-quality, uniquely flavored wines that maintain Pearl Red’s 'true, authentic, and pure' product characteristics. This will help the company develop into an international, modern wine brand, occupy a leading position in the industry, and lay the foundation for a century-old brand.

The True, Pure, and Large Building is located at the core of the wine city, combining administrative offices, quality inspection and research and development, product display and sales, and wine tasting into one facility. The building has three floors, each divided into four indoor spaces. The first and second floors are primarily used for external visits and displays, while the third floor is dedicated to internal offices, including a business office area and a research and development area.

The first floor of the Authentic Pure Building features a sincerity bar where you can taste Pearl Red's specially crafted snacks and drinks. After resting, you can ascend the indoor spiral staircase to the second-floor tasting hall, where you can experience the ancient tradition of 'wine flowing along a winding stream' and enjoy tea tasting. The tasting hall is adjacent to the sincerity restaurant, where, after the wine tasting, you can proceed to the restaurant to participate in the wine city’s sincerity banquet, savoring dishes made from natural ingredients, along with wine and tea, to prepare authentic Hakka cuisine and innovative dishes.
