Hygienic-Grade Enviroment Mterials 

To prevent cross-contamination between raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products during storage, transportation, and processing, all base wine conveyance and process water supply at sincerity winery  distillery are carried out using hygienic-grade 316L stainless steel metal hoses. The wine pipelines are divided into branch and main pipes, laid overhead in the winemaking workshops, with each branch pipe covering a specific number of ceramic vats. Base wines in the vats are connected directly to the branch pipes, collected in the main pipe, and then transported to various production workshops. This reduces manual operation during base wine transportation, increases production efficiency, and ensures that base wines are not exposed to the external environment, guaranteeing product safety, hygiene, and reliability. The total length of the 316L stainless steel pipes in the entire factory is 28,900 meters, as this material is more resistant to high temperatures and corrosion than 304 stainless steel, ensuring that every drop of wine meets Pearl Red's "authentic, genuine, and pure" hygiene requirements.

     Not only that, all pumps in contact with raw materials and semi-finished products, as well as the pump body's internal contact materials, are made of sanitary grade 316L stainless steel and food-grade silicone seals. The pipeline transport power uses oil-free, odorless, and dry compressed air. For raw material cooking and sterilization heat sources of production equipment, clean steam generated by secondary steam generators is used, preventing rust taste caused by long-term use of the boiler body. The entire distillation equipment set is made of sanitary grade 316L stainless steel material, aiming to reduce harmful substances and odors migrating into the liquor during the entire production process, striving for continuous improvement and brewing "true, authentic, and pure" sincere liquor.
